The subject of productivity is a hot topic since the pandemic hit the world. Due to COVID-19, we have seen many closedowns at almost all physical offices worldwide, and many employers are shifting to remote work. But if you allow your employees to work remotely, then take steps to ensure employee productivity during the COVID-19 outbreak.

WFH-ers can take the benefits of being able to schedule meetings according to their suitability. In short, schedule your timing accordingly when you feel you are the most productive.
