What is CandidateZip?


A no-code resume parser which extracts data from resumes and stores into your existing ATS/CRM. This plugin connects with more than 1000 sources such as Gmail, Gdrive, Dropbox, etc. and 4000+ CRM/ATS or databases. It collects candidate details such as educational details, work experience, skills, and many more.

Is there a free version?

How do I parse my resumes?

What types of payment do you accept?

Will it work with my ATS?

How long are your contracts?


CandidateZip is a pay-as-you-go service (monthly or yearly), so you can make changes to your plan whenever you need to.




Can I cancel the subscription?


Yes, you can cancel the subscription from all the paid plans but 'Free plan' is forever. Once cancelled, the subscription will automatically get cancelled on the next renewal date. Till then you can use the services with remaining credits. To Cancel: Go to Plans page> Click 'Update and Manage...' > Click 'Cancel' [under Timeline]




I want to use Candidate Zip once. Is it possible?


Yes. We encourage recurring usage, but you're free to take a one-month subscription and cancel it when your work is done. After cancellation, you'll be considered as Free User.




What if I want to update card information?


To update: Plans Page > Click 'Update and Manage...' > Under Payment Method Information section-Click 'Update Payment Method'.




Can I see how many credits are left and my usage history?


Yes, our dashboard will provide you information for the same. It shows selected plan details and recent usage history. However, if you want to check complete usage details, go to logs.




Is parsing the same document several times counted each time?


Yes, parsing a document multiple time result in being counted as a unique instance.




Can I rollover unused credits?


No. We will provide you with new credits every 30 days; unused credits will expire at the end of each month.




Can I lend some of my credits to other people so they can use the account too?


No. We do not support this yet.




Does CandidateZip support multiple languages?


Yes, our candidate data extraction software parses resumes and CVs into 80+ subject fields and operates in 9 languages to help you find the best person for the job.




Do you guys have an API we can develop against?


It is plug & play application. You need to create a zap using Zapier and connect to CZ for further data extraction.




Is a request that returns no results counted as a credit?


No, every passed request(that returns response) for parsing is counted as one credit.

Will my account get renewed automatically?


Yes. It will get renewed every month with the selected plan until you unsubscribe.

Can I change my Plan/Subscription?


Yes, you can change your plan anytime. To Change: Go to Plans page> Click 'Update and Manage...' button > Under Subscription section-Click 'Edit'.
